Refunds & Returns

100-day guarantee
Every order is insured by Erick Group LLC for 100 days from delivery, whatever payment method you used. During this period you can choose between:
- Refund: return the product to our warehouse in Italy; once the return is received and checked, we refund you.
- Exchange: return the product to our warehouse in Italy and we send you a new product, with shipping paid by us.

How to request a return
Email infosecuretechstore@gmail.com with your order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange. We will reply with instructions and the address of our warehouse in Italy.

Return shipping costs
Shipping the return to our warehouse in Italy is paid by the customer, for both refunds and exchanges. For exchanges, shipping of the new product is paid by Erick Group LLC.

When the refund is issued
The refund is issued to the original payment method as soon as our warehouse confirms it has received the return.
